Who We are
The African Women Alliance (AWA) exists to promote unity across the African diaspora, honor and celebrate cultural heritage, and empower immigrants by connecting them to essential resources including immigration support, employment pathways, education, and health care.
We collaborate with local and regional agencies to expand access to services, advocate for meaningful change, and uplift the voices of African communities.
At the heart of our work, we champion initiatives that support women’s health, personal growth, leadership, and overall well-being, ensuring that African women and their families thrive in their new communities.
